Where Sojiwa fits

Sojiwa is a journal and a gentle companion for everyday stress. It is not a crisis service: nobody watches your entries in real time, and it can't send help. If you're in crisis, please use the lines above. When you're ready, writing things down can help you notice patterns and prepare for a conversation with a counsellor. What is Sojiwa?

Can Sojiwa help in a crisis?

No. Sojiwa is a journaling companion, not a crisis service. Nobody monitors entries in real time. Please contact one of the helplines on this page.
