How we write.
The Sojiwa blog has short articles about stress, sleep, journaling and everyday feelings. Here is how they are made, and what they are not.
How an article is made
Each article is drafted with AI and then edited by the Sojiwa team, who check it against its sources before it goes up. Articles are signed "Sojiwa Editorial Team". They are not reviewed by a doctor or psychologist.
Where the facts come from
Articles cite trusted health sources such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the NHS, Mayo Clinic and the American Psychological Association (APA). You will find them under "Sources" at the end of each article, so you can read the original. Some older articles were written before we added source lists, and we are updating them.
General information, not medical advice
Our articles are general information about everyday feelings. They are not medical advice and cannot diagnose anything. Please see a doctor or mental health professional if low mood, worry or poor sleep lasts more than two weeks, if it gets in the way of work, study or relationships, or if you have thoughts of hurting yourself. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Helplines in Malaysia
