Description

Write what you are carrying...

Home

Built for the days you don't know what to say.

Soul Reflection

Your AI companion reads back what you wrote — gently, without judgment. It surfaces patterns, names what you might be feeling, and asks the next quiet question.

Daily Mood Tracking

A single tap captures how today felt. Watch your week soften into a story you can clearly see.

Private by Default

Synced to our servers over HTTPS and protected on-device with Flutter Secure Storage. Your words never train any model.

Anonymous Community

Share a feeling, not your name. A small, kind room of people who get it.

Three Languages

English, Bahasa Melayu, and 中文. Reflect in the language you naturally think in.

Gentle Rewards

Earn tokens for showing up — use them on deeper AI reflections when you need a longer listen.

Small, daily notes that quietly add up.

Sojiwa isn't therapy and won't pretend to be. It's a place to put things down so you stop carrying them silently.

01

Lower the volume on anxiety

Putting feelings into words measurably reduces the body's stress response. A few honest minutes a day is enough.

02

Notice what you're really feeling

Not “fine.” Mood tracking gives you finer-grained vocabulary for your inner weather.

03

Spot your triggers

Soul Listener correlates your entries with sleep, weather, weekdays — patterns you couldn't see alone.

04

Receive a soul reflection

A short, written reflection back to you — like a friend who carefully read what you wrote.

05

Build a habit that holds

Streaks, gentle nudges, and a low-pressure UI that meets you on the days you don't feel like it.

06

See yourself over time

Charts, calendars, and softly-colored history — visible proof that you're moving, even when it doesn't feel like it.

Sojiwa founders working together

Small team, big vision.

We had good engineering jobs. We kept asking if we were helping anyone.

Ten years of building enterprise systems between us. Solid careers — but the question kept coming back: are we helping anyone in a way that matters?

When AI tools started getting good, we began experimenting. One thing led to another, and six months later, Sojiwa existed. We kept adding what felt right — journaling, mood tracking, a Soul Listener, an anonymous community — until it became something we'd want to use ourselves.

The design isn't perfect yet. We made a deliberate call: build the product right first, invest in design once real users show up. Oh, you? We listen, we ship, and we'll keep improving as long as it's helping people.

We're just getting started.

If Sojiwa helped you on a hard day — even a small one — we'd love to hear about it. The first stories shape who we build for.
